How long do designs take?
My turn around time is around 3-5 workings days depending on how many designs I have booked in altogether.
What payment types do you take?
I take payments only by Bank Transfer or into my PayPal account.
Do you create Websites?
While I do help design websites you have to be very local to me as it is a lot going backwards and forwards with each other as there is so much information needed. If you are in the Hampshire area it can be discussed.
Do you print any designs?
Unfortunately I don't print any designs as of yet. In the future I am hoping to have my own printers to support my clients even more.
Do you charge for any tweaks?
I can tweak any design needed within the 2 week period free of charge. After the 2 weeks a £5 charge will be payable.
What times are you open?
As I work from home with this business I tend to work on designs when I am able to as also juggling a full time job. I try my best to be as free as possible to help with designs.
Do you have bundles?
I can add bundles of services for you and your business. So if you wanted a logo and a couple of other designs I would do my best to accommodate a discount.
I'm a returning client, do I get any discount?
Yes!
